I would like to see great subcontractor access. As I bring on a subcontractor, I would like to set permissions so they can only have access to certain clients and certain projects within that client. I do not want the subcontractors to see everything in the system including my client roster. We NEED the ability to to minimize what they see. I use ClientSpot with my clients, but can't use it with my VAs because of this.

Logging time is not the unique thing that we log. Please add the ability to log also a fixed amount of money.
Often we log meetings, costs, service calls ecc.

Would love the ability to add an avatar or picture under the people section. The avatar/picture could show up along with comments, etc. Because we work in a virtual world, it really helps to connect with someone visually.

would be really cool if you would integrate with google apps so that tasks could be assigned via email and tasks show up as to do's in google calendar and task list.

Set email reminders for events in the calendar that are not part of a project or task. Being able to export to outlook is good but not enough. We sometimes add events to the calendar that are not part of a project and it would be so useful to get reminders about it and be able to set when the reminders come in. (down the road would be great to get SMS reminders too and it's a potential revenue stream for you too.)

I would like to estimate task but hours and weeks. be able to schedule one after another, or specific 2 or more task can be done at the same time. Then from this data make a gantt chart

When delegating a task, it would be helpful to know if they accepted the task. Then be able to request a status update from them too.

Often times we have tasks that don't have a hard deadline. Many of these tasks and their priority change on a regular basis depending on the current workload and needs. The one thing missing for us in this system is general priority ranking. So we can set a task to "high, medium, low".

It would be really great to have a login form (login form code) that we can embed on our own site so clients can access the account from our own sites rather than having to direct them elsewhere.

So I need to understand how long a project takes by rolling up all estimated task into total # of hours. And also in that vein how many hours is assigned to one person. basically, I'm asking you to enter into the foray of resource management too.

It would be very helpful if tasks could be grouped by the categories, like you can set up categories for projects.

Your service looks like it would be very appropriate for us, but it bothers me immensely that I do not see any ability to export or interact with your service using an API.

I would like to have access to my data and if I'm going to be paying to user your service, I'd like to have an option to leave and take my data with me.

It would be GREAT to be able to mark tasks as complete from the Tasks tab. What's the point of seeing them in a list if we can't take any actions on them from here?

Another action I'd like to be able to take from the Task screen is to be able to click on the client or project name for any task and go straight to it.

A lot of simple actions in ClientSpot require far more clicks than they should.

I'd love to see you streamline these things: just make everything clickable.
