add export and/or API functionality
Your service looks like it would be very appropriate for us, but it bothers me immensely that I do not see any ability to export or interact with your service using an API.
I would like to have access to my data and if I'm going to be paying to user your service, I'd like to have an option to leave and take my data with me.

I have had the same thoughts about CRM integration. If I build a list in Clientspot, I guess I can download to excel and then upload to IContact or others. Question is what comes first ICONTACT or Clientspot in my operational routine. I would like to express my desire for API that would allow Clientspot and other software services to exchange data, specifically CRM data, profile data, I would at least like to integrate clientspot onto my main dashboard of tools. Opening up separate screens for everything is a pain.

@Rachel - did you have specific systems in mind that you want to sync with?
ClientSpot does export contact data, task data, and time tracking data, as well as supporting integration with QuickBooks and Freshbooks systems.

Without the option to synch contacts etc with a crm, clientspot won't work for many people. It's frustrating because clientspot is so great in other ways.

We do have a few ways to export data, so hoping you can clarify what you're looking for...you can export project and task information to Excel format, as well as all time tracking information. All files and can be exported/downloaded as well, as can any information added to a custom list/database.
